What is an AI phone receptionist?
It is an AI phone answering service. It picks up your business line in a natural voice, greets the caller in your business name, asks the questions you would ask and sends you a written summary. It does not replace you on the job. It makes sure no call goes unanswered while you are busy.
Will callers know it is not a person?
It speaks in a natural UK voice and keeps things short and polite. We never hide what it is if someone asks. Most callers just want their job logged and a callback, and that is what it does.
Can it book jobs into my diary?
